Smart Parking Management System

The JUTAI parking lot management system uses the card, ticket to identify the vehicles entering and exiting the parking lot in real time, such as permitrejection, guidance, recording, charging, release and other intelligent management. JUTAI provides multi-mode machine for customers selections, small size paper ticket system, standard IC card parking system, and standard folding ticket parking system.

1. Automatic parking with paper ticket for managing occasional users and collect parking fee

JTPE-1 ENTRY TERMINAL and PM-900 EXIT CONTROLLLER

ENTRY TERMINAL:

The compact entry terminal is quick and simple to use and is based on a barcode ticket system. Occasional users take the paper ticket from the ENTRY TERMINAL. Season pass holder generally use a smart RFID card or long range card identification.

EXIT CONTROLLER:

The exit controller replace the exit terminal, low cost no need the any other parts, you can add extra season card reader for season card pass identification, manual barcode ticket scanner for hourly users payment.

FEATURES:

1. Configurable barcoded ticket issue, upon vehicle presence detection or by request (button).

2. LCD Display on the terminal can show the company logo or any request picture. Permanent card will show the date, time and operating message(can be configured and modified remotely).

3. Reading and validation of the proximity cards( season passes, conference tickets, discounts, etc.). 

4. Anti-pass back control of issued tickets, to prevent shared use of tickets and/or cards.

5. Constant communication with Central unit (intercom, barrier opening, tickets issued, cards read,etc).

6.Control, detection and monitoring of irregular vehicle entry and exit sequences (ticket fraud).

7. Visual and acoustic signal when ticket is issued.

Parking payment machine

JUTAI provide multi-charging mode machine for customer selection, manual cashier PC for exit payment or center payment, exit auto pay station, center auto pay station.

EXIT PAYMENT:

the security person at the exit point for collecting the parking fee, the driver give the person card/ticket and after payment, the exit gate will open and the car can go out directly.

CENTER PAYMENT:

the security person at the center point for collecting the parking fee, the driver give the person card/ticket and after payment, the drive take back the card or ticket to the exit terminal for insert the card/ or scan the ticket, the exit gate will open and the car can go out directly.

2.CENTER AUTO PAY STATION

JT2000A

●It is used in elevators on all floors of large commercial centers. When the owner needs to leave, pay in advance at the central payment terminal to facilitate export.

3. AEXIT AUTO PAY STATION

JT-APS-E

When the customer wishes to exit the facility, the ticket is inserted into the payment terminal, the appropriate fee is calculated, base on the time elapsed since access, and the customer can then pay by inserting coins, banknotes - or a credit or debit card. Depending on the amount of the fee and the arrangements that parking facility operator has with the card companies, the customer may have to key their PIN.

How does the system work

1.System working principle

Hourly parkers

ENTRY:    Hourly parkers press the button of the Entry station automatically dispense card, the entry barrier gate open.

EXIT:
    Hourly parker comes to manual pay station, gives card to guard and payment.
EXIT:
    After payment, Hourly parker comes to the exit station to insert the ticket and barrier gate open.


Season parkers with Long Range RFID

ENTRY:

    Reader reads tag, barrier opens.

EXIT:

    Reader reads tag, barrier opens, creates billing record.

Other Season parkers

ENTRY:

    Season parker swipe proximity card onto entry station, barrier open.

EXIT:

    Season parkers swipe proximity card onto exit station, barrier open.
